A Little History: The original Bartending For Profit System was completed in the winter of 2003. It consisted of four manuals and three VHS tapes. The training system is based on information included a combination of over two decades of experience, from behind over 50 different bars, with the realistic input from actual positions held by bartenders, bar managers, restaurant managers, beverage managers, general managers and even bar owners.
